A real person reads every message, usually within a day.

Message us from the app

Open Suited Fours, go to Settings, and tap Help. Write what happened, and attach the hand if it's about one: tap the hand button next to the message box and pick it from your recent hands. You'll get a notification when we reply, and the conversation stays in Help.

Restore a purchase

On a new phone, or after reinstalling: the first screen of the app has Restore purchase. Already past it? Open Settings, tap Plans under Subscription, then Restore. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel or change your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Suited Fours. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple handles every payment.

The coach

The coach uses AI and can make mistakes. If a rating or an answer looks wrong, send us the hand from Help and we'll look at it. You can turn the coach off in Settings; your hands then stay on your phone.
